St. Petersburg, Russia. Gazprom is going to build a skyscraper in the city, near to the downtown. It is against the law, it is against the public opinion, it is against the common sense. It might be a good idea, but Gazprom does not explain its point of view or its intentions.

They say that citizens agree with the building, but they do not. «The Live City» non-political movement is not happy with the Gazprom plans. However, we do like the idea of Gazprom skyscrape as a whole. Our goal is just to transfer the skyscraper to the uptown or suburbs.
